By booking or participating in a session, you agree that Hypnosis Fort Lauderdale / Transformational Hypnosis, its owner, and affiliates are not responsible for:

    •    Any perceived or actual lack of results following hypnosis or NLP techniques.

    •    Any personal decisions, actions, or changes made after participating in hypnosis.

    •    Any financial, professional, or personal consequences resulting from techniques learned or applied during the session.

You acknowledge that hypnosis is a personal experience and that you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participating in a session.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important. Any personal information shared during hypnosis sessions will remain strictly confidential, except under the following circumstances:

    •    If you pose a danger to yourself or others.

    •    If there is suspected abuse or neglect of a minor, elderly person, or vulnerable individual.

Please note that hypnosis sessions are not covered by therapist-client privilege since Hypnosis Fort Lauderdale / Transformational Hypnosis does not provide medical or psychological services.

5. Payment & Booking Policies

    •    All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.

    •    Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Hypnosis Fort Lauderdale / Transformational Hypnosis cancels the session.

    •    Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid losing the session fee.

b. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

    •    No-shows will result in a forfeited payment.

    •    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or canceled without a refund.

Hypnosis is generally safe, but it is not suitable for everyone. By booking a session, you confirm that:

    •    You do not have epilepsy, psychosis, schizophrenia, or any condition that may be worsened by hypnosis.

    •    You are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or mind-altering substances during the session.

    •    You are participating voluntarily and without coercion.

If you have any concerns, you should consult a doctor or mental health professional before participating in hypnosis.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, techniques, recordings, and written materials provided by Hypnosis Fort Lauderdale / Transformational Hypnosis are protected intellectual property. You agree not to:

    •    Record or distribute hypnosis sessions without prior written consent.

    •    Repurpose, resell, or claim ownership of any hypnosis materials or techniques.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. In the event of a dispute:

    •    Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

    •    Any legal claims must be filed within one year from the date of the session.
